A lot has happened in Holiday Home Naturally in recent years!
The roof was removed up to the frame and the new and insulated roof was installed, reinforced and equipped with large skylights and solar panels.
The bathroom has been enlarged and completely new and the toilet has been renovated.
The house has new doors and frames and now has double glazing everywhere.
All electrical equipment has been checked, rearranged and adjusted here and there.
The energy-consuming old boiler has been replaced by an energy-efficient geyser and the water pipes and drains have been adjusted/renewed.
The bedroom walls and ceilings have been adjusted and more insulation has been installed here too.
And all ceilings, walls and doors have undergone a lot of repair work and have been repainted.
The kitchen has been renovated.
The floors upstairs have been repainted and downstairs the floor has been leveled and a new floor has been laid.
There are new mosquito screens.
All the woodwork outside has also been repainted.
And of course the house is styled and prepared for rental!
In the coming years, the focus will be on the garden: renovating the terrace and installing a fence, creating more seating areas and a second campfire area, installing play equipment and a trampline..
